Copiña boasts a range of professionally designed cocktails, carefully hand-selected craft beers, an array of world wines, and an exceptional spread of traditional homemade tapas; there truly is something for everyone.
Our speciality is cocktails. We aim to utilise modern kitchen techniques and ingredients to create drinks that are delicious and unique to Copiña. Our cocktails are presented in beautiful and carefully chosen glassware, and are expertly created for balance and discovery.
We offer a unique range of craft beers on tap – many that you won’t find anywhere else in the Alps. We regularly rotate our beers so that you can taste a variety of flavours, from the alien and outright weird to the delicious!
